Appointment of approved solicitors if required
Facilitation of all ongoing negotiation meetings, including signing of Heads of Agreement document
Due Diligence and facilitation the resolution of all issues the arise from the Due Diligence process
Overseeing the construction of the business purachse agreement
Co-ordinating solicitors and accountants and concluding the deal
